Zaneeta Daver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Penn State University, a Masters of Arts degree in Higher Education from New York University, and has completed coursework in the College Student Personnel PhD program at the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to joining the Alliance, she worked at NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, as the Senior Director of Research and Assessment, and prior to that as the Director of the James E. Scott Academy for Executive Leadership and Institutional Effectiveness.

Zaneeta has over ten years experience in higher education. She has worked as a campus administrator at several institutions, was a member of the National Study of Living-Learning Programs research team, and has volunteered on campus wide assessment committees – including the Campus Assessment Working Group and the Middle States Learning Outcomes Group (within the division of Student Affairs) at the University of Maryland College Park. Zaneeta has also presented at the national conferences of ACPA, AERA, and NASPA and published in the Research in Higher Education and the NASPA Journal.
