Zaneeta E. Daver, Associate Director
Zaneeta Daver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Penn State University, a Masters of Arts degree in Higher Education from New York University, and has completed coursework in the College Student Personnel PhD program at the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to joining the Alliance, she worked at NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, as the Senior Director of Research and Assessment, and prior to that as the Director of the James E. Scott Academy for Executive Leadership and Institutional Effectiveness.
Zaneeta has over ten years experience in higher education. She has worked as a campus administrator at several institutions, was a member of the National Study of Living-Learning Programs research team, and has volunteered on campus wide assessment committees – including the Campus Assessment Working Group and the Middle States Learning Outcomes Group (within the division of Student Affairs) at the University of Maryland College Park. Zaneeta has also presented at the national conferences of ACPA, AERA, and NASPA and published in the Research in Higher Education and the NASPA Journal.
Dora Elias McAllister, Graduate Assistant
Dora Elias McAllister completed her undergraduate degree at Dominican University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Spanish and her graduate degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Arts degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the Higher Education program at the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to joining the Alliance, she was a Graduate Coordinator for Research and Assessment for the Department of Resident Life at the University of Maryland, College Park from 2009 to 2010 and a Coordinator for Human Resources for the Department of Resident Life at the University of Maryland, College Park from 2005 to 2010. Dora has worked in higher education for ten years in a number of staff and leadership roles. She has experience with assessment projects, college student development initiatives, state boards of higher education, teaching at the undergraduate level and qualitative research.
